Discover the fundamentals of Thai massage stretching in this hands-on, beginner-friendly class. Guided by an experienced instructor, you will learn a variety of assisted stretching techniques performed in multiple positions, including face-up, face-down, side-lying, and seated.

Rooted in traditional Thai massage practices, all techniques are performed on a mat on the floor. This class is designed to help improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and relieve muscle tension while introducing the flow and body mechanics essential to Thai massage.
